Sabinna Pierre
Student, entrepreneur, and journalist in Oregon
Sak Pasé (Hello)!
I'm Sabinna!
A student, entrepreneur, and journalist in the making currently living in Oregon. My interests range from music to entrepreneurship. I am also interested in fashion, beauty, and politics. Did I mention I'm very fluent in Haitian Creole!
I'm passionate, ambitious, and self-driven with a background in Business. I was apart of the very first Diverse Building Better Business Leaders cohort at the University of Oregon. I went on to be vice chair on the Board of Directors for the UO Erb Memorial Union. In addition to becoming the second elected Black student body president in 42 years at the UO.
These experiences attributed to my applied skills in leadership, management, project management and an overall interest in advocacy. Recognized for strong public speaking abilities, proactivity, commitment and work ethic. A strong interest in journalism and law with aspirations to work in media/law in some aspect.
Currently a first year Journalism Master's student at the University of Oregon.
