Partnering with top-performing innovation leaders and customer experience pioneers, I help teams turn insights into growth opportunities.
As a creative director, I lead and inspire multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural design teams to envision and design new experiences. These customer experience design programs can span the design and innovation of all consumer touchpoints, giving me the opportunity to design across physical products, packaging, services design, communication & branding, digital products, organizational structure, processes, and environmental space.
Working with organizations across America, Asia, and Europe, I've had the opportunity to gain unique insight through in-depth ethnographic research, talking with everyday consumers to identify trends and insights that impact my clients' businesses.
My passion for sustainability, brand, people, and culture enables me to connect the dots between brands and consumer hearts and minds.
I've worked as a CX (Customer Experience) Director, Innovation Strategist, and Creative Director for Ziba Design, a global innovation and design consultancy. Service design strategy and curriculum development were my focus when working with ZoomCare, to launch new disruptive service offerings into the Portland and Seattle markets, things like a clinic where they used "food as medicine." I've also had the opportunity to work as an entrepreneur with a startup to launch a new beauty product into the market, GROH, envisioned by the doctor who founded Entia Biosciences. Prior to that, I was a digital UX designer and built, trained, and managed a UX design group and was an award-winning UI designer and graphic artist.
I've worked with amazing clients included brands such as Olay, SKII, Covergirl, Max Factor, Target, Intel, Hasbro, Burt's Bees, Microsoft, Texas Instruments, Mattel, BP, P&G, Swiffer, Toto, Matsushita, Umpqua Bank, Clorox, Sirius Satellite Radio, Realty Trust, gDiapers, Sheraton Hotels, Dolce Gabbana, and Calvin Klein.
