Sabrina J Lewis

Born and raised in the Heart of Crown Heights Brooklyn NY, Sabrina J Lewis is a public health advocate, NYC Shape Up Fitness Professional, and an Ambassador of wellness and beauty. She is the Founder of online support group “I Am A Woman” and Sole proprietor at Love Lyfe Well, an enterprise of wellness for holistic well being.

Over the past 25 years, She has served in ministry, volunteered with many non-profit, city, state, and government organizations, including local community board, precinct and hospital leadership community councils as well worked diverse positions obtaining certifications in cosmetology, nursing assisting, financial health and credit counseling, community health work, and group fitness.

Sabrina has work experience in various nursing, rehabilitation, and assisted living facilities, hair salons, schools, fitness and community centers. One who loves learning, Sabrina studied early childhood education, business, nurse assisting, home health, community health, and is currently working towards her degree in health services management. Her work as a public health advocate, creates healthy initiatives to educate Individuals and groups on the dimensions of wellness and how to make healthy modifications to daily life activities.

Currently working as Coordinator Marketing and Public Affairs at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, Sabrina works to create solutions to the problems of rapid health disparities plagued in Brooklyn communities and inspires everyone she comes in contact with to learn who they are, work their gifts and to become their full potentials.

On her spare time Sabrina cuts hair to promote success in lives of low income and displaced, individuals. Sabrina travels the states with her roller skating crew, teaches wellness to local churches and community members and cooks for her lovies. Sabrina J Lewis’s message to the people is to show up, complete their individual assignments and build so that collectively we can love life well!
