I've worked with groups across the U.S. as a community organizer and organizational development specialist. With a background in architecture, law and urban planning, I've focused on social justice, equity and community development issues in urban communities. In 2000, I founded a non-profit organization guiding emerging groups through the business formation process and, via its SEED project, addressing sustainability practices and food security in low-income, transitional and homeless populations. In 2019, SEED was organized into a CA benefit corporation, becoming a certified B-Corp in 2023.
