I am of British Celtic ethnicity, with roots in Brittany, England, and Ireland.

I have a passion for exploring countries and cultures, especially by means of railway journeys. Of my many hobbies and passions, railways are the oldest.

I am fascinated by the mystical component of the world's different cultures, and by the common tendency towards spirituality in all cultures.

My other passions include my family, my five amazing Godchildren, dogs (especially my own), music, history, and dining.
