Southside Agape
Acts 4:32-35
"Now the full number of those who believed were of one heart and soul, and no one said that any of the things that belonged to him was his own, but they had everything in common. And with great power the apostles were giving their testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace was upon them all. There was not a needy person among them, for as many as were owners of lands or houses sold them and brought the proceeds of what was sold and laid it at the apostles' feet, and it was distributed to each as any had need."
As you all are aware, Isaac and Nate will no longer be serving as pastors in our upcoming new season as a community. In light of this transitionary period, the SACF Transition Committee is reaching out to our brothers and sisters in hopes of collecting separate "appreciation offerings" for each pastor. The upcoming path for both pastors are going to be full of spiritual, financial and personal challenges, so we would love to offer the community an opportunity to rally around them as we send them off into their new seasons.
Please do not feel obliged to give or feel guilty if you can't. Give out of what the Holy Spirit leads you to share. Money is NOT the only thing to offer. Fellowship, prayer and loving them as we are loved by God is more valuable than any financial support we can offer.
