Member of "Mukul Fouj and Kochi Kachar Ashor" in 1974-1976. Member Red Crescent young volunteer group "Kishor Nattom" in 1976-1979. First participation in Bangladesh Kishor Nattom and theatrical performance at National level in 1976. Theatrical Performance was made with the Participation of 1000 youth and adolescent girls in the "Field Drama from Ancient to Twentieth" from 1976 to 1979 A.D. In 1982 he established the Present "Theatre Center" in the P.S. of Pangsha under Rajbari District, which has been in force in Dhaka. Presently Performing drama direction, Acting, Producing related other matters side by side complying as a group leader of Theatre Center. In 1990 enlisted artist in Bangladesh Television. Acted in more than 110 TV dramas, in 9 short documentary (motivational) movies and in 25-30 feature film till date. Other than that performed the responsibilities of Assistant Director in short film "Prottabartan" endowed with Critic Award in 1987. In 1995 established Theatre Center for Social Development. In 1996 made first stage drama with eyesight handicapped and staged. Other than that with eyesight, perception and paralyzed handicapped he made research and planning in different Cultural Program in Bangladesh Television. From 1999 till date is a working member of Bangladesh Group Theatre Federation. The National Forum of mainstream drama group of Bangladesh. Since the inception of TCASD till date performed drama, cultural activities, advisor in different NGOs. Other than that worked with drama directors and actors in Bangladesh and outside Bangladesh (France, German, United Kingdom, United States, Denmark, India.) and directed drama workshop in different regions. Awarded the best in different drama Competition outside and including Dhaka as drama direction. Recently has been received warm reception in Faridpur Bahurupi Literature Cultural Awards as special drama personality. One of the planners and one of the founder members of "Theatre for Development Working Group of Bangladesh" From formed with the association of non-government agencies working in developmental trued related developmental activities of the drama. National Film Award for the best fraudulent actor for the film "Maghla Akash" directed by Nargis Akther in 2002 A.D. National Film Award for the best said actor for the film "Bitter Baira" directed by Golam Rabbani Biplob in 2009. Lifelong Member of Bangladesh Liberation Museum. Lifelong Member of Anjuman-e-Mofidul Islam.
