Sachin Chaudhry is an Ashoka Fellow and globally recognized changemaker working at the intersection of frontier technology, mental health, and education. As the Founder and CEO of TrustCircle and Founder of BringChange Foundation, Sachin is leading a global well-being movement focused on prevention, early intervention, and embedding Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) into the core of education systems worldwide.

With 17 years of corporate leadership experience across technology startups and large enterprises - spanning IT strategy and global operations - Sachin chose to pivot from corporate success to purpose-driven impact. He founded TrustCircle to address a systemic gap: the lack of proactive, scalable mental health support within K-12 education. His vision is bold and clear—make social-emotional learning as foundational as math and science in every school system.

TrustCircle is a globally acclaimed, research-backed well-being platform trusted by partners including UNICEF, United Nations Development Programme, Healthy Brains Global Initiative, World Health Organization (WHO collaborating centers), Hawaii Department of Education, Ashoka, Tata Trusts (via Social Alpha), Warwick University, King Baudouin Foundation, and others. TrustCircle is an official DigitalX solution of the United Nations Development Programme and an official program of the Healthy Brains Global Initiative - a unique collaboration of WHO, UNICEF, and the World Bank.

Under Sachin’s leadership, TrustCircle has empowered over 1.5 million students and educators globally, equipping schools, districts, counties, and cities with a data-driven, predictive well-being model that shifts systems from reactive crisis management to proactive prevention.

Sachin is an international speaker and global thought leader. He has been featured on BBC World News on World Mental Health Day, recognized by World Economic Forum, and featured in Forbes and The Economic Times. He has shared TrustCircle’s vision at the United Nations Headquarters in New York and has served as an official delegate supporting the advancement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals - SDG 3 (Good Health & Well-being) and SDG 4 (Quality Education).

Sachin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the National Institute of Technology and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Born and raised in India, educated across India and the United States, and having worked across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, he brings a global perspective to systemic change. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and son, continuing his mission to build a future where every child has access to emotional resilience, support, and opportunity.
