We offer daily meditation classes at our center in San Diego's East County. Our classes are open to all levels of experience and can help you achieve a higher consciousness through relaxation techniques and guided meditations. Our program offers several different types of meditation with different focuses so that you can find the one that works best for your needs.
Sacred Discoveries is also home to the Divine Feminine Center which offers workshops and trainings around feminine energy in our community. We teach women how to connect with their inner goddess through rituals, ceremonies, counseling sessions and more!
