Managed an network of over 198 housing counselors in 23 states that generated $1 billion in home mortgages every year. Focus is to empower young girls, women and men in the field of financial literacy in budgeting, homeownership, and small business development and planning. Provide technical assistance to organizations in the area of organizational management (fundraising, organizational assessment, succession planning, proposal/grant writing, etc. My goal is to connect with young people from middle school, high school, college and special emphasis on senior women, especially, dealing with issues relating to their credit, housing, taxes and estate planning. The training aspect of my organization includes what I commonly see organizations make in forecasting realistic expectations for the future of their organizations. My passion is empowering those with the knowledge that, they already has, it just needs to be cultivated and enhanced in an synthesized way in order to communicate to larger audiences.
