Hi, I’m Sadeesha.
I’m a Product Support Engineer specializing in SaaS applications, API troubleshooting, and customer success. I work at the intersection of technology and user experience—helping businesses solve complex technical issues while ensuring their customers have a seamless experience.
Currently at PetDesk, I handle L1/L2 application support, diagnose API failures, and resolve integration issues across platforms like Vetstoria and various Practice Management Systems. My role involves deep troubleshooting, cross-team collaboration, and turning technical problems into reliable solutions.
Before this, I built a strong foundation in customer operations and process improvement at HSBC, where I managed high-volume support environments, trained teams, and contributed to service optimization initiatives.
Beyond my full-time role, I’ve worked as an independent API tester—evaluating real-world performance, benchmarking systems, and providing actionable insights to improve product quality.
I also have a background in frontend development, with hands-on experience in React, JavaScript, and responsive web design—giving me a well-rounded understanding of both user-facing and backend systems.
