I am a dedicated professional with a strong background in social work, child protection, and safeguarding, focused on working with vulnerable children, families, and refugee communities. Holding a Master’s in Social Planning from Helwan University and a Bachelor’s in Social Work, I am passionate about making a positive impact in society while continuously enhancing my skills.

perviously, as Safeguarding Manager at SOS Children’s Villages International, I manage safeguarding practices, conduct risk assessments, respond to incidents, and provide training to staff and volunteers to ensure the protection of vulnerable individuals. I also liaise with external agencies, handle safeguarding referrals, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Previously, I worked as a Child Protection Case Worker at Save the Children, advocating for unaccompanied children’s rights, developing care plans, and managing high-risk cases. My role included assessments, community outreach, and ensuring children’s well-being through specialized interventions.

I also have extensive experience working with refugees as a Caseworker at the Egyptian Association for Comprehensive Development. There, I collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support to children and families, ensuring safety and access to services. I also managed emergency cases and provided trauma-informed care.

Throughout my career, I have been involved in humanitarian efforts, such as emergency response during the COVID-19 pandemic, the flood crisis in Aswan, and support for those affected by the Gaza conflict. I have also conducted field research to assess community needs and improve resource accessibility.

In addition to my professional experience, I actively pursue specialized courses in safeguarding, child protection, and humanitarian response. I have gained valuable experience through volunteering with Resala Charity and AGYAL of Egypt Foundation, which has broadened my ability to work in diverse environments.
