Carlos was born in Madrid on 19th February 1977. He has a BA & MBA at ICADE (University of Comillas), a Program for Management Development by IESE Business School, and an Executive Program for Board of Directors by ESADE Business School .

He has developed his profesional career in the management consulting industry, specializing in Corporate Reputation, Brand Management, Sustainability and Corporate Governance/ESG.

He has worked for companies like Indra and KPMG. In the last one, he was Manager At Sustainability Services Group in Spain

Currently, Carlos is Managing Director/Country Head and Secretary of The Board for Spain at Georgeson, a top strategic consulting firm specialized in proxy solicitation,corporate governance, ESG Advisory Servicies and strategic communication with shareholders.

In 2012 he runned “La Guia del Sibarita“, a Blog for sharing his recomendations about restaurants.

In 2020 he launched “Sibarita Magazine”, a digital magazine about restaurant, food & travel.
