Carlos has born in Madrid on 1977. He has a Bachelor in Business Administration & a MBA at ICADE (University of Comillas), a Program for Management Development by IESE Business School, and an Executive Program for Board of Directors by ESADE Business School .

He has developed his 25 years of profesional career in the management consulting industry, specializing in Corporate Governance, Corporate Reputation, Brand Management, and Sustainability.

He has worked for companies like Indra and KPMG. In the last one, he was Manager at Sustainability Services Group in Spain.

Currently, Carlos is Managing Director/Country Head and Secretary of The Board for Spain at Georgeson, a top strategic consulting firm specialized in proxy solicitation,corporate governance, ESG Advisory Servicies and strategic communication with shareholders.

In 2012 he runned “La Guia del Sibarita“, a Blog for sharing his recomendations about restaurants.

In 2020 he launched “Sibarita Magazine”, a digital magazine about restaurant, food & travel.
