I am currently a Software Support Specialist in the Courts and Justice Division of Tyler Technologies living in the Dallas, Texas area. In addition to honing my expertise in Microsoft Office, I have picked up skills of analysis, QA testing, and basic databases queries along the way. I plan to use my Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems and concentration in Business Analysis with developing background in software support to create a career in business analysis, product development, and process improvement.

Outside the office, I spend my time traveling the world, visiting new coffee shops, and playing with every new dog I meet.
