Zarif Safa Bakhtyari, who believes in possibility, bright future, and positivity. His slogan stands on making everything happen and there are no impossible tasks in the world. Mr. Bakhtyari completed his academic studies on Economics from Kabul University, having a diploma of Servant Leadership from Global International Institute (GLI). Moreover, his professional career is on the project management cycle at research and capacity building training projects and worked with national and international donors.

Mr. Bakhtyari is a conscientious and hard working person, who put forth considerable effort throughout the time of his social activities at community and on his professional career. He perfumed well in all of his projects. He is the community leader of Startup Weekend TechStars, TEDx platform, Youth for Sustainable Development Goals (YDG), Girls Can Inspire Groups.

Additionally, Mr. Bakhtyari is one of the key players of an active young leader who are working to build a strong relationship between Afghanistan people and promote their knowledge. Such as, he with a group of people established a team by the name of The Thousand Face of Book Reader that provide books in soft and hard copy and share with young people. The main aim of the program is promoting the reading skills of young people as active souls of society. In addition, he is the founder of Kabul Dialogue Club (KDC), which is focused on quality education and peace concept at Afghanistan.
