Safe Life Home Health Care, LLC provides health care services to clients in their homes assisting them to achieve the highest level of potential in their day-to-day self care activities. Our services include Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Medical Social Worker, and a home health aide. Our mission is to provide – client centered, high quality, comprehensive health care to the elders of our community. Currently we cover 8 counties in Illinois; Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Will, McHenry, Lake, and DeKalb.
