Safet Sarich

Safet Sarich is experienced in real estate management and financial analysis. He is the present owner of The Kenmore Group in Chicago, Illinois, and also serves as the firm’s portfolio manager. Furthermore, Safet Sarich comes to this role with international and domestic real estate expertise, having previously served as financial analyst and portfolio manager at ICM Realty Group in Munich, Germany.

Safet Sarich assumed the aforementioned positions at ICM Realty Group following a year in financial analysis and project coordination at Sitex Realty Group. During the year in question, he refined his real estate finance skills. In addition, he previously served as portfolio manager at Sarich Properties, and holds a master of business administration with a focus in real estate management and international business.

An avid athlete in his free time, Safet Sarich has taken part in five triathlons. He is also a former member of the Columbia Yacht Club sailing team, and competes in a 16-inch softball league. His hobbies extend to swimming, downhill skiing, biking, golfing, and traveling. He has journeyed across Europe, and has visited China, Canada, the UAE, and Turkey as well. Moreover, he has previously resided in Bosnia and Germany.
