My love for being on the water as a young kid led to me starting Sage Paddle Co. and making it one of the largest water sport rental businesses on the Emerald Coast of Florida. Soon I realized that a great deal of my success was contributed to the “Brand” that I created with Sage Paddle Co. and the interaction and impression people had with my company. I built the reputation and culture of my business on the ideology to always strive to exceed expectations. Now in our third year I pride myself on the ability to invest in my interns and show them that they can make an impact and the only limitations one has are self imposed. Sage Paddle Co. is more than just a business but rather a platform that I use to help engage my peers and inspire them to go out and do something amazing. I am very thankful for this business as it has changed so many lives and outlooks of possibilities to those who have been a part of it.
