Prior to Tonkean, Sagi was a Senior Director of Engineering at Jive, heading the engineering group in Jive's Israeli R&D site.

Sagi joined jive as part of the acquisition of OffiSync where he led the engineering team.
Prior to joining OffiSync, Sagi served as a Senior Software Engineer in the central military intelligence unit of the Israeli Defense Force, engaged in the development of state of the art technology.
