Improved organisational processes for employee satisfaction equals engagement, in turn it affects productivity > efficacy > personal fulfillment > organisational sustainability.

Frustrations, which continue to motivate my drive, are systems I still see with unnecessary layers of bureaucracy and process, slow responsiveness, shyness away from transparency, focus on short term outcomes in way of the bigger picture and vision.
