Sahil Tayal

I'm Sahil Tayal — an independent organisational behaviour researcher based in New Delhi.

I'm developing the Identity-Action Gap (IAG), a friction model for the distance between who people say they are and what they actually do.

My field site is my family's retail business in Mehrauli, South Delhi, where I work as operations lead. The shop is my lab.

MBA in Human Resource Development from JBIMS (2021). B.Com Honours, Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University (2016).
