Hi, I’m Charan.

Senior Business Analyst, Certified Product Manager, having over seven years of expertise in software product and engineering. Product enthusiast with extensive knowledge of the eCommerce and fin-tech sectors.

My primary responsibilities as a Product Manager are gathering product requirements, documenting them, developing user stories, and grooming the backlog. Also, setting delivery priorities, and participating in sprint planning in coordination with the onsite teams to deliver incremental, value-adding process innovations.
With a focus on the needs of the client, strong expertise in creating strategic roadmaps, and in managing cross-functional stakeholders both domestically and internationally, drive significant business outcomes.
