Hey there, I’m Sai Charan. You’ll usually find me balancing multiple hats as an Operations Manager in Hyderabad, but the core of what I do is pretty simple: making things work better for people. At Yext, I’ve had the chance to build something I’m incredibly proud of—our first comprehensive Quality Assurance Program for Yext India, which actually got picked up globally. Seeing our systems help teams deliver faster service, raise the bar for quality, and genuinely make customers happier? That’s where I get my drive.

I’m not all numbers and frameworks though. I love a challenge, whether it’s troubleshooting a tough project at work, squeezing in an early morning workout, or finding the best food spot in town. The best part of my job is the people—I like building teams that support each other and push for better every day. Teamwork isn’t some fluffy value for me; it’s literally how the best results happen.
