I’m Said Abulafia, CEO of a historic Arab family-owned bakery based in Tel Aviv–Jaffa, established in 1879.

I focus on building businesses that run with consistency, discipline, and long-term stability. My work is centered on operations—improving processes, maintaining quality, and making sure the business performs reliably, even under pressure.

My background includes experience in corporate law, but I chose to work hands-on in the family business to focus on execution and growth from within.

I’m interested in practical business strategy, customer trust, and leading through uncertainty. Outside of work, I prioritize fitness, time in nature, and staying grounded.
