Tiffany Tate is the owner of the online clothing store ThriftCut, I belive this is her first year starting this website and based upon the research she has been successful. ThiftCut is for confident Women who are not afraid to show their personal and unique style. Tiffany graduated from Arts Institute in the Raleigh Durham areaand by speaking with her a while back she enjoyed the experience of being there.
