I’m a seasoned HR leader with over 14 years of experience shaping people strategies that drive growth, engagement, and organizational success across healthcare and corporate sectors.
Currently, I serve as the Head of Human Resources & Administration at Bangladesh Specialized Hospital PLC, where I lead the full spectrum of HR functions—from recruitment and performance management to compensation, compliance, and employee relations—ensuring that HR aligns seamlessly with organizational goals.
Previously, at Ispahani Islamia Eye Institute and Hospital, I pioneered key initiatives, including the development of the organization’s first comprehensive HR Manual and the successful rollout of the HRIS system. My leadership consistently delivers results: streamlined processes, improved retention, stronger employee engagement, and measurable cost savings.
Academically, I hold an MPHRM, MBA (HRM), PGD (HRM), LL.B, along with multiple professional HR certifications. I am also pursuing a Doctoral Degree (DBA, Hybrid) at INTI International University, Malaysia, deepening my research and expertise in modern HR practices.
