Sai Ganeis is a Vision Building & Personal Development coach. He is armed with 18 years of working experience covering from the area of supply chain, operation, IT(SAP) and couple of senior management role, which includes 10 years from supply chain area and 6 years of Global level IT & Senior management role . He started his career as a Production Operator and his last job in the corporate world is as a General Manager. From the corporate world perspective he has thorough understanding of Supply Chain Management which includes production planning, inventory control, purchasing, logistics, stockroom operations, and shipping/receiving .His supply chain experience covers 'end to end' processes, which is from production area right to warehouse. Most of his responsibilities were focus on ‘man management’, planning, scheduling and also execution of certain projects. He has experience in managing & controlling high volume production lines with close to 400 operators. He also had exposure in LEAN management & effective material management system. His IT experiences includes managing GLOBAL IT projects such as Global Transition project & Regional SAP upgrade project (SAP 4.6 to SAP ECC 6.0) for Saralee. He was also the Regional Head for SAP Support team in ALSTOM

His passion towards people development and personal growth has moved him into the path of coaching and training. His people’s skills and his 18 years of working experience became handy & enabled him to understand his client’s needs better and coach around it. He does not only focuses on interim solutions based on the ‘as is’ situations but he helps all his client’s to shift their focus to a bigger version of themselves or the organisation, which will allow them to see the whole world in a different paradigm, a paradigm of possibility, a paradigm of abundance. He furnishes his audience with real life examples and proven technics which is mainly the result of shifting one’s mind set, inside out. He is one of the coaches who focuses more on ‘heart’ element instead of head. He has a lot of passion for topics related to mind and how it shapes every individuals life. He has done a lot of research on the science of mind and how it actually works in manifesting every individual’s life. He also coaches individuals on how to build a ‘detailed’ Vision Board, covering all aspects of life as Vision Boards are NOT only about manifesting money & things.
