Sainty Reid

Sainty Reid is an up-and-coming actress who specializes in musical theater and voice-over work. Most recently, she portrayed Dory in Finding Nemo: The Musical, staged at Animal Kingdom of Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. A graduate of Ohio’s Baldwin-Wallace University, where she earned a degree in Music Theatre, Sainty Reid has been recently cast as the voice of teenage pilot Fleur Blanc in the animated series Eureka Seven, directed by Zach Bolton.

Sainty Reid established herself as a local talent while studying at Baldwin-Wallace. Ms. Reid, a mezzo soprano, performed in several on- and off-campus productions, such as Seussical, Grease, Grey Gardens, and Gigi, at venues including the Great Lakes Theatre Festival, Timber Lake Playhouse, Casa Manana Playhouse, and The Beck Center.

A skilled performer, Ms. Reid is adept in music and choreography. Working under the tutelage of Gregory Daniels, head of the Baldwin-Wallace Dance Department, and Assistant Professor of Dance Anna Maria D'Antonio, among others, Sainty Reid has trained in numerous dance styles, including jazz and modern dance, and she possesses basic skills in tap and ballroom dance. Additionally, she is equipped in rudimentary piano playing, sight singing, and improvisation, and she enjoys working in various accents.

Sainty Reid is a proud Texan who grew up performing in her native Fort Worth. During her stint in Finding Nemo, she was surprised on stage with a proposal from her fiancé, who is also an actor. She is represented by the Luedtke Agency in New York City.
