Hi my name is Saiqa. I absolutely love fashion. Loving fashion encouraged me to study and learn alot about it by reseaching, reading, looking at magazines and experimenting within textiles. I have an amazing personality filled with simplicity and smoothness. I adore the simple things in life because that keeps me happy. I also love to travel and explore the world. So far I've been to Dubai, Pakistan and Canada where i spend time with family and site seeing. I must say my favourite out of all 3 is Toranto, Canada and Dubai.

From an early age I realised that I had an instinctive feeling for making art and design. Ever since I felt the paint running down my hands and, as I frantically smeared it onto a page, my interest in creativity began to grow. My interest developed in primary school when I used clay to make a candle holder. Since then my passion for Art and Design advanced. Throughout my school life this enthusiasm for Art and Design never failed and led me to choose it as a subject at both GCSE and A level.

Fashion designer Miuccia Prada once said ‘what you wear is how you present yourself to the world, especially today, when human contacts are so quick. Fashion is instant language’. Fashion is an essential part of everyday life, because the way you dress yourself will show others a lot about you.

I use my creative skills as a hobby when making jewellery such as bracelets and earrings to match various outfits. I have other hobbies too which include socialising with my friends, dancing reading Asiana and Vogue fashion magazines and going to the cinema.

One day I will become a sucessful fashion designer with my own label.
