As a Design Management Leader with 15+ years of experience, I have built my career at the intersection of architecture, development and project delivery, leading multidisciplinary teams to transform complex development opportunities into commercially successful and high-performing built environments.

My experience spans the complete development lifecycle—from land acquisition support, feasibility studies and business planning to design governance, consultant management, value engineering, construction administration and final delivery. Over the years, I have developed a strong understanding of how strategic design decisions influence project viability, stakeholder confidence, user experience and long-term asset value.

Currently, I lead Design Management for major developments at K Raheja Corp, one of India's leading real estate developers. My responsibilities include steering large-scale mixed-use, Grade-A commercial, luxury lifestyle and hospitality-oriented developments through complex decision-making processes involving business leadership, project teams, consultants and external stakeholders.

Throughout my career, I have successfully delivered more than 20 mid-to-large scale developments exceeding 5 million sq.ft., with project values ranging from ₹300 Crore to ₹2,500+ Crore. These projects have included luxury residential communities, integrated townships, commercial campuses, healthcare facilities, luxury clubhouses, mixed-use destinations and high-end hospitality-oriented developments.

A significant part of my professional journey has involved collaborating with internationally recognized design and engineering firms including HOK, Benoy, Buro Happold, RSP, MSP and One Landscape. Working alongside global consultants has strengthened my ability to integrate international best practices with local market realities while maintaining alignment between design ambition, commercial objectives and execution feasibility.

My geographic experience extends across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad in India, as well as San Francisco, San Mateo and Los Angeles in the United States. This exposure has provided valuable insight into diverse development environments, stakeholder expectations and project delivery methodologies across international markets.

Beyond project delivery, I have led collaboration across 25+ internal stakeholder groups and 30+ external consultant teams, creating alignment between development, marketing, sales, legal, finance, construction and design functions. I enjoy navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems and bringing clarity, structure and momentum to challenging projects.

Some of the most rewarding assignments in my career have involved contributing to transformational developments, including a ₹200+ Crore luxury clubhouse and a ₹2,500+ Crore mixed-use destination envisioned as a landmark urban development. These opportunities have reinforced my belief that successful projects are driven not only by strong design but also by disciplined leadership, effective governance and a deep understanding of development economics.

As the industry evolves, I remain passionate about the role of technology in enhancing design and delivery outcomes.
