I have witnessed civil unrest, unspeakable destruction of life and poverty that has endured the surreal beauty and resilient power of the human spirit in one of the world's worst conflict hit zone - Kashmir.
I am based in Srinagar, Kashmir, a civil engineer by profession, a visual storyteller and a passionate street photographer. For me photography is my language, I document the cultural and social aspects of life and aim at using the power of pictures to communicate the voices of people. I love travelling and exploring our changing world.
