I'm Sajesh Nair — a founder, builder, and someone who genuinely believes that the most powerful technology in the world means nothing if it's too complex to use.

I founded Roaiq — an enablement company with products and services that helps enterprises move from ideas to capability. We work across the full stack: AI, cloud engineering, information security, and professional services. But what sets us apart isn't the breadth — it's the depth. We don't hand over a solution and walk away. We embed ourselves into how a business operates and make sure value is delivered.

With nearly two decades in enterprise technology — building, leading, and delivering at scale for some of the world's most demanding organisations — showed me a pattern: most companies aren't failing at AI because of the technology. They're failing because the tools, the frameworks, and the complexity get in the way. That realisation became an obsession, and that obsession became Matimo.

I'm based in Bengaluru, and I'm a proud father to a daughter who keeps me honest about what really matters.

When I'm not at work, I'm reading/listening to books, or at the gym, or on a long walk that somehow always turns into a product idea.
