With 20 years of experience, I am a highly experienced IT professional with an excellent blend of Domain Knowledge (Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities industries), Product & Solutions Development, Customer & Account Management, Delivery Management experience and latest Technologies.

Co-founded my new company IOT Closeconnexions Technologies Pvt. Ltd. We are developing platform, products and services in the area of digital healthcare and personal safety using latest technologies like Internet of Things (IoT), M2M (machine to machine communication) and Wearable Tech.

In my previous roles I was responsible for developing and driving new business solutions that create value for the customers by increasing revenue, reducing cost and improving end customer satisfaction; capability development of emerging technologies including SMAC, M2M, Augmented Reality, Wearable Tech, Robotics, Advanced Analytics, Smart Manufacturing.

I successfully led large accounts with proven results in increasing customer satisfaction, revenue generation, improving operating margin, managing risks & compliances and reducing operational costs.
