As the Founder and CEO of TreeRing Workforce Solutions, he is focused on helping organizations optimize operations through innovative time and attendance, workforce scheduling, payroll, HRIS, and workforce management solutions.
Throughout his career, Saju has founded and co-founded several ventures spanning workforce technology, biotechnology, and inventory tracking technologies. His ability to identify emerging market opportunities and build practical solutions has been a defining theme of his entrepreneurial journey.
Following the dot-com bust, Saju pursued another lifelong passion—food and hospitality—by owning and operating an award-winning restaurant for six years. His love of cooking, combined with his commitment to exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence, helped establish the restaurant as a recognized success in its market. That experience further strengthened his expertise in leadership, team development, and business operations.
Beyond his executive leadership roles, Saju serves on the boards of multiple nonprofit organizations, where he contributes his experience in strategy, governance, and organizational growth.
