Sheila is Director and Founder for Urban Balance Consultants and Co-founder for Fitmedia Limited, both London based companies. Essentially we provide consultancy for the promotion of active and healthy lifestyles and fitness testing solutions to companies.
Sheila also undertakes guest speaking assignments particularly in Universities, and a Fellow and former Chair for the London Region for the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Education. Our mission is to develop programmes for all and support people to gain overall good health.
Outside of work Sheila enjoys travelling and found her recent trip to Cuba inspiring.
