Saket Mohta (Saket Mohta Merlin Group) is an Indian real estate entrepreneur and the Managing Director and CEO of Merlin Group, one of Eastern India's premier real estate conglomerates. A second-generation business leader, he holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, in the Netherlands. Since joining the family enterprise in 2013, he has spearheaded its transformation into a corporatised, technology-driven, pan-India organization. Under his strategic direction, Merlin Group has scaled its active development pipeline to approximately 40 million square feet across key urban hubs, including Kolkata, Pune, Chennai, and Navi Mumbai, alongside international ventures. Saket’s landmark projects include establishing Eastern India’s first World Trade Center in Kolkata, pioneering sports-themed townships, and partnering with Fashion TV for branded luxury residences. Deeply committed to civic responsibility, Saket founded 'I Am Kolkata', the corporate social responsibility arm of Merlin Group. Through this initiative, he drives urban waste management, mangrove conservation in the Sundarbans, and digital education for underprivileged youth.
