She is responsible for planning, leading, directing, developing, and coordinating the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resources (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.
Outside of Holiday Inn, Sakshi is optimistic and positive and believes in the power of kindness and that having kindness will help you achieve everything. Her guilty pleasure lies in watching Bollywood films.
