Juliet Sakyi-Ansah, ARB, RIBA, is the founder of Studio OASA, a values‑led architectural practice working at the nexus of research, design and community. Her twenty-five year impact-driven career trajectory began with her early work with local community initiatives, youth-led coordination and co-curation. Today, Juliet leads collaborations that prioritise long-term thinking, as well as social and environmental impact.

Her design practice focuses on the revitalisation and adaptive reuse of existing buildings, alongside the conceptualisation of new builds for underused and vacant sites. She is an independent senior practitioner‑scholar with an intentional decolonial lens, bringing principal‑level leadership to both her practice and research.

Through collaboration with established firms in architecture and the built environment, higher education institutions, and non-governmental organisations, Juliet provides her professional services across five key pillars:
