Salahaldeen is the Business & Innovation Designer at Phi Science Institute, which is a non-profit organization established in Amman, Jordan, that aims to advance the scientific potential and knowledge, among youth in Jordan and the Arab region, through science education and applied innovative research. As a Business & Innovation Designer, his role is to design programs and solutions using a diverse toolkit of capabilities to support teams and organizations through the transition from where they are now to where they need to be tomorrow.
Besides his Bachelor degree in computer engineering, he is a Global Business Institute scholars - Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. He also obtained a diploma from the European Innovation Academy in entrepreneurship and innovation. Salahaldeen is a former member of the board of directors of US department of state Jordanian Alumni Association, and a global shaper with the World Economic Forum (WEF) at Amman Hub where he and the other shapers trying to make a positive impact in their community.
