Understanding how the brain works and gives rise to the mind + behaviour is probably the most urgent + exciting challenges in the changing social + economical landscape. Therefore it makes sense that in order to move with the times we need to move away from outdated and some time biased approaches to mental and physical well-being. Enter EBC programmes.

Whilst studying at the University of Cambridge l became especially interested in empirical research in the areas of Free Will, Consciousness and Movement. Particularly in how movement effects our perception and gives us our view of the world and how to navigate it. I became heavily influenced in particular by the work of world respected Computational Neuroscientist, Medical Doctor and Engineer Daniel Wolpert.

I then began to quickly make connections between looking at the physiology of biological motion and perception through the lenses of science to my Eastern studies in Mind + Movement. From working from an Eastern perspective as a Yoga Teacher, Therapist and Life Coach for over 15 years. l was excited to look at the neural computations of motor action and control providing another dimension in understanding how and why people move and behaviour the way they do. These evolutionary hypotheses and considerations reflects the essence that Evolutionary Behavioural Consulting + Evolutionary Flow represent. This fresh way of thinking l believe may also provide us with an alternative pathways in dealing with a diverse society as well as Change, transition and adaptability around Social and Economic drivers such as A.I. Technology is often blamed for causing us stress and anxiety but l believe if we can learn how to work with it it must just solve these problems.
