Studied Graphic Design at IADE. Started in advertising in my last year at school, and continued for the next 11 years. First at Publicis, then Lintas, Timming, Bozell.

In 1989, as computers started to slowly enter our daily lives I joined 3 other professionals and created the first portuguese criativity and television studio based on computer graphics.

The business didn't succeed as expected, by my passion for technology continued stronger than ever. With the internet getting to our homes and offices via modem, really, really slow, I developed my first sites. Interactive CD's, Kiosks, DVD's and quite a number of web pages followed. Faster and faster, my activity spread to all kinds of media: television, press, outdoor, and lots and lots of multimedia design.

At some point I fortunatelly stumbled at Siemens. As part of the Development and Research Department, a small multimedia related group firmly believed in the TIC fusion: technology, information and communication. I also became a believer! Siemens was a great school and an extraordinary experience. I was responsible for creating and implementing training CD's for Siemens AG, frontends for applications and gave a hand with communication.

By then, I was addicted to design, communication, technology and new media.

At Impala Publishers I was responsible for numerous interactive CDs made from book contents.

At Mobbit Systems, digital signage and corporate TV entered my professional life. As did Web TV. I was part of the kick-off process of the web tv channel for Económico newspaper, in S.Paulo, Brasil.

Now, I'm going mobile. With App development for IOS and Android. And in web pages design … and SEO … and web TV and corporate TV … and advertising ... and all kinds of design ...
