Hudson, Massachusetts
I am a current Junior in the Isenberg School of management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. I am studying Finance with a double major in Economics.
I am a member of several organizations on capus. I am a member of the Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta, or more commonly known as Fiji where I perform volunteer work for several philanthropies. I am also an active member of the Muslim Student Association and the South Asian Student Society where these two organizations collaborate to put on campus wide events.
My hobbies include swimming, hiking, and relaxing with friends. If there's any downtime, I like to fill it with some productive, relaxing activites, or even just take a nap. If there's anything you want to know about me, feel free to ask.
One of my passions is reading. I love to read books for my own personal joy and experiences. Not many people know I love to read, but its one of my favorite pass times, especially when I'm relaxing and have nothing else to do. I typically read mostly fiction because its like being in your own far away world. Reading improves your creativity and helps you explore the limitless boundries of your imagination. Over the summer, I finished at least seven books. Some of my Favorite books include: The Hunger Games series, The Harry Potter Series, The Mortal Instrument Series, To Kill a Mockingbrid, The Divergent Series, and many more.
Reading is an escape from reality for a little while.
"It is what you read when you don't have to that determines what you will when you can't help it." - Oscar Wilde
