All my of my life, all I ever wanted to do was go to the University of Georgia. It was all I could ever think about and I worked so hard in school to get accepted into my dream school.

However, people always doubted that I would ever get into a school as smart as the University of Georgia. They did not think I had it in me to stick with my dream. They were right at first. I applied to UGA during early applications and I got deferred to regular decision. I was so upset that I actually applied to the University of Alabama that same day I was deferred from the University of Georgia. Everyone I told about that thought it was really funny.

After that I was also starting to doubt myself because I thought there was no way they would accept me in regular decision because there would be more applicants. I thought I had lesser of a chance than everyone else. So, I thought I would actually go to the University of Alabama until regular decisions came out.

In March regular decisions came out and the University of Georgia accepted me. When I saw the fireworks on my acceptance I cried because I finally got what I wanted all my life. Now here I am, in my second year, at the best school in the world living out my dream.
