I'm the skill-builder and insight igniter who prepares and helps managers to build their own management and leadership legacy from day one. My passion is to help new managers not suck at managing. Why? Because I've been there!

I've worked with managers at all levels, across a range of industries, such as aviation, shipbuilding, oil and gas, telecomms, education and finance. I bring diverse experiences, exceptional qualifications, and a wicked sense of humour, to training, speaking and coaching, influenced by having lived in Germany, outback Queensland, the United Arab Emirates and now living back in Australia.
