Sally Kalaveras has been an investor as well as a real estate agent. After she started her career, she began buying properties.

Some of her investments were fixer-uppers. She enjoyed taking on the challenge of a remodel project and she loved reaping the rewards.

In 2008, like the rest of the country, she suffered losses during the housing crash. Since then, she has been redeveloping her career in real estate.
