Play to Win, decently and by the Rules to EARN TRUST; applying Simple Solutions, delivering Seemingly Impossible, ensuring Litigation-Free Contractual Compliances while facilitating Stakeholders to achieve the Project Objectives.

Experience: Project Management - Construction Engineering:

  • Started Career with Tatas at Bombay as a Trainee and got positioned as a Project Specialist.
  • In first 3 years, switched over to Entrepreneurship offering Architecture & Engineering Services.
  • Within 5 years, zeroed down on Project Management Services, which were in its infancy; 1996.
  • Project Managed Development of Campuses for IIT, NIIT, IIITs and delivered ahead of Schedule.
  • Currently, developing longest Championship Golf Course in the country at New Delhi in 200 acres.
  • Besides, successfully completed number of Projects for Corporates, Developers & Institutions.

B. MY EDUCATIONAL MISSION:

Experience: Project Management- Educational:

  • Worked extensively in developing and successfully managing multiple Schools in backward regions
  • Pioneered a Zero-Fee, The Qur’an School Program for understanding Al- Qur’an- the easy way.
  • Developed a Bridge-course; Al-Qur’an & Primary Schooling as early-age developmental Program.
  • Started a Centre with 4 used Computers, took it to IT & Management College in undeveloped region
  • Developed a High-Retention, Video- Program for Competitive Exams focusing on UPSC, State PCS
