My philosophy includes the belief that all children can learn when presented with a positive and empathetic teacher who can meet the diverse needs of her students. My teaching style incorporates a classroom arrangement, management strategies, and collaboration with the learning and family community, that will advance a child's social, emotional, and cognitive growth effectively. I firmly belief in a positive behavioral classroom management plan and I believe in the innate talents to be uncovered in each child. Offering choice, defined boundaries, and attainable goals will create a positive learning environment. Addressing the different learning styles and the multiple intelligence approach is part of my teaching philosophy.High expectations while meeting the diverse needs of students in a safe learning environment are important beliefs of mine.
