My name is Salpi and I am a Canadian-Armenian, born and raised in Toronto, Canada.

In my current role as Director of Strategic Marketing, I have thus far achieved remarkable results that underscore my ability to drive impactful outcomes.

Through innovative omnichannel marketing strategies, I have successfully spearheaded a 25% YoY growth in website traffic and a 40% increase in content engagement.

Additionally, I have revamped targeted marketing campaigns, resulting in a 25% increase in online bookings and a significant 50% boost in customer satisfaction within the 3rd quarter.

With an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree in International Business Management and a recent Graduate Certificate in Social Media (April 2023), to say that I am passionate about continuous learning is an understatement. I am currently in the process of embarking on a new journey to pursue an online MBA, which perfectly aligns with my role as Director of Strategic Marketing. With a constant finger on the pulse of industry trends and innovations, I am always seeking new paths to solidify my position as an industry leader while demonstrating an unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation.
