My Name is Sal, I am the founder of ROOT2TiP Natural haircare in London.

My story is simple, I had a dream given to me by God to create a haircare range that gave people with Afro and Curly hair the best hair experiences every day!

I suffered with a bad scalp condition 6 years ago, that led to hairloss, that led to low self-esteem!

I decided to research for natural ingredients to cure my hair-loss and came up with my first product months later.

The ROOT Energizer was my baby, a 100% natural scalp oil, that increased blood flow to the roots to help with hair growth! I learned very quickly- all healthy hair starts at the root- God told me that the scalp comes first,

I became the guinea pig and within 24 months my hair was thick, full and waist-length!

This was like a Pandoras box for me, I would then blog about healthy hair and also do consultations for women with hairloss too, I was and still am a Hair obsessive.

I don't see people - I just see hair!

I launched my business with a £4000 loan from the Princes Trust.

We now have products that sell all over Europe, Paris, milan, Germany, the Netherlands and the USA.

My research, Passion and God given creativity keeps me ahead. I constantly think outside the box and I believe I can and will be a house-hold name Globally.

My mother is my role model she was a major influence on my life, she was a single parent but run a restaurant and catering company! Nothing is beyond reach is what she told me- and I believe her!

The passion I have for giving a 'Good hair day' to people who have been raised with 'Bad hair experiences' is the integrity that sews my company together.

As a mother to 2 small children who look up to me, this is has always been more than just hair. Giving a little girl hair confidence is a Priceless gift. If you are curly in a straight-haired world it can be tough!

Aside from making innovative hair products I also host workshops all over Europe on HAIRDUCATION, I took part in the very first ever workshop in Milan, Italy in 2014!

We will become the first Natural hair care range in Harrods!
