Salsa Afrique Entertainment is a registered entertainment enterprise that exists to provide quality and creative entertainment in Kenya. Founded in August 2008, the entertainment company joined hands with St. Johns Community Centre and used salsa as an advocacy against Gender Based Violence across Nairobi. Since then Salsa Afrique started offering classes at St. Johns Community centre in order to reach out to the youths within the area. Overtime, the classes have now grown in both numbers and professionalism that by the end of the year 2010 Salsa Afrique conducted classes in Nairobi International School (N.I.S), Braeburn Schools in Lavington Area, and Mt. Kenya University in Thika Town and in a few other places in the town. Though it started with only a meagre participation of four members, Salsa Afrique Entertainment Ltd is now a highly creative entertainment company with 4 corporate membership,30 regular Dancers / performers, 30 members and quite a number of non-members and more than 1000 followers. Salsa AfriqueLtd has opened up numerous opportunities for the group members to perform in different functions including, Corporate functions, weddings, and public and private gatherings across the country. We also conduct team building and event organizing assignments.
